Couples looking to take charge of all the planning leading up to the big day, and then hand off the logistics and day of work to us.
6 Months Out
You will receive an email from us with a digital space to organize all contracts and notes prior to our call together.
6-8 Weeks Out & Site Visit
Have a detailed meeting to discuss timeline and logistics. Visit the reception space site to determine any extra logistics.
Two Weeks Out
Final call to triple check all notes needed before the week of.
Rehearsal
We will be there to show everyone when to walk and exit as well as answer any questions the bridal party and family may have leading up to the ceremony.
Wedding Day
First to arrive, and last to leave. We will handle all vendor communication as well as set up and breakdown any personal details added to your day.
